Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Book an Appointment

Do I need an appointment to visit the studio?

Yes. To ensure each bride receive personalized attention and a private experience, Azulyne serves one bridal party at a time. Every bridal gown appointment comes with complete reservation of the studio, complementary beverage and refreshment, and undivided attention of our consultant.

Why does Azulyne Bridal charge a consultation fee?

A consultation fee is required because every appointment at Azulyne Bridal is completely private and thoughtfully prepared for each bride.
Your dedicated appointment time includes personalized styling, access to our curated gown collection, and one-on-one guidance without interruptions from other shoppers. The fee helps us reserve the studio exclusively for you and reduce last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.
Most importantly, the consultation fee will be credited toward your gown purchase when an order is placed within 90 days of your appointment.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

We suggest wearing light makeup and whatever you are most comfortable in.

We also strongly recommend bringing a pair of high-heeled shoes that are about the same height as what you are planning to wear at your wedding.

What is your price range?

Our signature collections fall within the range of $1,800 to $2,500. We also offer customization of our signature collections. These semi-custom dresses start at $2,300 and the cost goes up with increasing complexity. Fully custom gowns and luxury series with intricate beading and embellishment start at $5,000.

How many guests can I bring?

We recommend inviting 1 to 3 guests to join you at our studio. A smaller group helps keep the appointment focused and ensures you feel supported without feeling overwhelmed. With advanced notice, we can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Coming alone? That is completely okay. Our consultant will guide and support you through the bridal shopping process.

How far in advance should I shop for my wedding dress?

We recommend shopping 6 to 12 months before your wedding date. This allows time for ordering and alterations.

Since we own the design and construction process of the dress, rush order ( 1 - 2 months delivery timeline) is possible for most of our designer's collection. Please contact us for available options.

What sizes do you carry?

Our sample gowns fit brides who typically wear street sizes ranging from 0 to 12

We are still working on larger sized sample gowns, if you wear street size of 14 and above, please contact us before booking a consultation.

What if I don’t know what style I want?

You are certainly not alone. That’s completely okay—and very common. Your stylist will help guide you through different silhouettes and details so you can discover what feels and looks best on you.

The bridal shopping experience is to explore and refine your vision for your bridal look.

May I take photos during my appointment?

Yes, photography is welcome. Many brides find photos helpful when reflecting on their experience.

Do you offer alterations?

We do offer alterations in-house. We also work closely with trusted local seamstresses and are happy to provide recommendations after your gown is selected.

Do you offer bridal accessories?

Our focus is to design and create bridal gowns that meet modern brides’ desire for uniqueness, creativity, and high-quality service.

For this reason, we currently do NOT offer bridal accessories in our studio.
