By reserving an appointment with Azulyne Bridal LLC ("Azulyne", "the Studio," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "Bride," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointment Reservation Fee

A consultation reservation fee is required to reserve a bridal consultation appointment.

The reservation fee secures your dedicated appointment time, preparation, studio resources, and personalized styling services. As such, the reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Consultation reservation fees are not deposits for merchandise and do not guarantee the availability of any particular gown, design, fabric, or service.

2. Reservation Fee Credit Toward Dress Purchase

The consultation reservation fee may be applied as a credit toward the purchase of a bridal gown ordered through Azulyne, subject to the following conditions:

• The bridal gown order must be placed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Client's initial consultation appointment date.
• The credit may only be applied to a bridal gown purchased directly through the Studio.
• The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• The credit may not be applied to alterations, accessories, veils, rush fees, shipping charges, taxes, or other services unless otherwise stated in writing by the Studio.
• Any unused portion of the credit is forfeited.

After ninety (90) days from the initial consultation date, the credit expires automatically and will not be reinstated.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times without forfeiting their consultation reservation fee, provided that:

• Notice is given at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment time; and
• The rescheduled appointment occurs within a reasonable timeframe determined by Studio availability.

Rescheduling requests received less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment may be treated as a cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the consultation reservation fee.

Any request to reschedule beyond two (2) occurrences shall be considered a cancellation, and a new consultation reservation fee may be required to secure a future appointment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their appointment at any time; however, all consultation reservation fees remain non-refundable.

Upon cancellation:

• The appointment slot will be released.
• The consultation reservation fee will be retained by the Studio.
• Any applicable consultation reservation fee credit eligibility will be forfeited unless otherwise approved in writing by the Studio.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice shall constitute a "No-Show."

In the event of a No-Show:

• The consultation reservation fee shall be forfeited.
• Any future appointment requests may require payment of a new consultation reservation fee.
• The Studio reserves the right to decline future appointment requests at its discretion.

6. Late Arrival Policy

To ensure a quality experience for all clients, appointment times begin and end as scheduled.

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened accordingly. If a Client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the Studio reserves the right to:

• Shorten the appointment;
• Reschedule the appointment; or
• Treat the appointment as a cancellation or No-Show.

In such cases, the consultation reservation fee remains non-refundable.

7. Studio Discretion and Right to Refuse Service

The Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate toward staff, other clients, or Studio property.

In such circumstances, any consultation reservation fee paid shall remain non-refundable.

8. Pricing and Product Availability

All pricing, products, services, customization options, production timelines, and availability are subject to change without notice.

A consultation appointment does not constitute a contract for the purchase of any gown, product, or service.

A bridal gown order shall not be deemed accepted until a separate purchase agreement is executed and any required payments are received.

9. Force Majeure

The Studio shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, utility interruptions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, the Studio may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the appointment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio's total liability arising from or relating to any appointment, consultation, or booking shall not exceed the amount of the consultation reservation fee paid by the Client.

The Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Wisconsin.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an appointment request, paying a consultation reservation fee, or attending an appointment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
